The Zongo Development Fund (ZoDF) is responsible for providing financial and technical support to Zongo youth, entrepreneurs and businesses for the effective enhancement of economic activities in Zongo communities and the larger Ghanaian economy.

It is also charged with utilizing the numerous skills, enterprise and innovation of the youth and women entrepreneurs in order to boost economic activities.

Under this programme, the Fund has initiated the ZONGOPRENEURSHIP programme by providing technical and financial support to 1,200 youth from across the country. The trainees have presented business plans and initiatives through which the Fund has provided start-ups to enable them develop and enhance their enterprises.

Several organizations and individuals are also benefiting from support provided by the Fund to provide crucial training to businesses in Zongo communities.
