1. The Zongo Development Fund (ZoDF) intends to apply part of its 2023 budgetary allocation to fund eligible

• Payments under the contract for the following projects.

2. The tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in

• the Public Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663, as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.

3.Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below and upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee GH¢1,000.00

• for each set from during office hours at 0900 to 1600 hours from Mondays to Fridays.

4. Tenderers may tender for any of the package.
5. Tenders must be delivered at the reception of ZoDF Head Office to the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Friday, 28^th July 2023. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents:

• Valid Business Registration Certificates
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Bid Security of 2% of the tender price
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate – Class D3K3 and above for works.
